Ankey has a very strict inspection rules on the products. Their QC standard sometimes make us crazy, but good thing is that they can help us make the better products for customers.
We improved our discus padlock a lot from Ankey's suggestion, they have special requirement on the security test that the shackle can not be pulled out by turning the keys when locked.
Most of Self colour hinges are sold with oiled screws, which looks a little dirty. Ankey refuse the oiled screws and they worked with us to find the solution how the screws to be clean but no rust.
